KUILL combines electro-soul and alternative influences to create ‘elusive pop’. A focus on melodic and lyrical vibes engenders a sui generis, regenerative sound.
These last 5 years offered the greatest highs any artist could hope to achieve, but it proved to be a double edged sword. Perceived success brought new challenges eventually resulting in a sort of spectated rise and fall. Then it was the beginning all over again.
Thankfully it paved the way for regeneration and the rebuilding of a self confidence required to emerge from the rabbit hole. Starting with ‘I See How It Is’ an alt-pop hybrid. Showcasing emotive vocals, rich textures and effortless cadence. It deals with emotional isolation whilst trying to persevere in the face of an uncaring world. ‘Man on the Moon’ offers the same intimate lyrics and the concept of being blindsided by awe. Believing in something seemingly impossible then having it become reality in front of your eyes. This early success has catalysed a variety of invitations to work with producers & writers in London, Sweden & Estonia.
From humble origins, at 27, long-standing songsmith KUILL begins his journey as an emerging artist after working with some of the world’s most famous musicians. Subsequently performing to millions of people himself, KUILL is now ready to build a new foundation.
“There’s a comfort that comes from hiding behind a mask. It allows me to share the journey I’ve had over the last 11 years honestly and intimately.”
